B.Tech Civil Engineers with 7 years of experience in high rise construction. Project Managers would be in charge of individual projects and responsible for project completion within given parameters

Finance and Accounts
The candidate must be a B.Com Graduate, and must have 5 years experience in Accounting in tally with thorough knowledge in Sales- tax/Income tax and other statutory matters

Site Engineers
The candidate must either be a Civil Engineer or Diploma in Civil Engineering. The candidate must possess experience in the construction of luxury apartments or villas and must have 4 years experience if he/she is a B.Tech in Civil or 6 Years experience if the candidate is Diploma in Civil.

Executives - Purchase
Diploma in materials management having over 1 year experience in purchase dept. Prior experience in construction industry would be an advantage

Estimation - Engineers
B.E in Civil / Mechanical Engineering with 3 years experience in estimation for pre-engineered building systems / High rise structures including one year experience on site

Executives – Customer Relation Management
Smart and good looking Graduate with 4 to 10 years experience in CRM, Front office operations — Direct interaction with customers, e.g. face to face meetings, phone calls, e-mail, online services etc. Candidates must have good communication and interpersonal skills and be persuasive and result oriented.
